Kayenta Homeowners Associations

Kayenta is a desert community located below the red cliffs in Ivins Utah.

Our community is made up of six separate Homeowner Groups and a volunteer board that helps in the compliance to our CC&Rs, the Architectural Control Committee aka the ACC. Four of the Homeowner groups have established HOAs.

Within Kayenta

Included within the Kayenta Community is the Coyote Gulch Art Village. There you will find Xetava, a delightful Coffee Shop, Datura and Juniper Sky Art Galleries, and the Earth Light Photo Gallery.

There are also hiking trails, community pools and tennis courts and the Desert Rose Labyrinth. Kayenta is an outstanding place to live!
