NOTICE TO ASSOCIATION MEMBERS OF SHONTO POINT, TAVIAWK, KAYENTA PATIO LAKES, WILLOW SPRINGS
KAYENTA ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE MEETING
CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO AND RATIFICATION OF
KAYENTA ARCHITECTURAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Dear Members of the Associations:
At a meeting of the Kayenta ACC to be held on the 17th day of November, 2020, at 4p.m., at the ROOM FOR THOUGHT located next to the KAF Center for the Arts building, the Kayenta ACC will consider amendments to and ratification of the Kayenta Architectural Control Committee Rules and Regulations (November 2017 version) (hereafter referred to as the "Architectural Rules"). The proposed amended document is available for your review at www.kayentahoa.com or a hard copy may be obtained at a cost of $20 (check made out to the respective HOA) upon request to:
Reasonable notice that the Kayenta ACC will be considering amending and ratifying the ARCHITECTURAL RULES at the meeting on November 17, 2020 is hereby being delivered to the Members of the Associations at least 15 days before the Kayenta ACC meeting. At the meeting, the Kayenta ACC will provide an open forum giving Members of the Associations opportunity to be heard before the Kayenta ACC takes action on the ARCHITECTURAL RULES. Members may also submit any comments to email@example.com by November 16, 2020 for the Kayenta ACC to review at their meeting.
Once the amendments are considered and adopted, a copy of the ARCHITECTURAL RULES in their adopted form will be placed as a PDF document on the kayentahoa.com website. A hard copy may be obtained upon written request to the above emails for the HOAs. A cost may be required.
Moreover, notice is hereby given to Members of each separate Association subject to the Kayenta ARCHITECTURAL RULES, that they have 60 days after the Kayenta ACC meeting to, for their specific association, to disapprove of the Kayenta ACC’s actions on the ARCHITECTURAL RULES. Disapproval is only effective if there is a vote of at least 51% of the allocated voting interests of the Lot Owners in the specific association to disapprove and the vote is taken at a special meeting called for that purpose by the Lot Owners as provided for in that association's Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, or Bylaws.
