The Solar Committee is a sub-committee to the ACC with the responsibility to review solar applications and conduct post-installation inspections to insure compliance to the ACC’s architectural requirements for solar panel installations (panels are to be 1” below surrounding parapet height, no external conduits down exterior walls or over roof dividing parapets).
The review and inspections are not reviewing technical details, only architectural.
The committee consists solely of volunteers and all have solar installations. Contact the Committee Chair, Paul Andrews, if you have any questions or are looking for contractor recommendations.
