Taviawk Dues

HOA Member Dues & Schedule of Fees as of 6/1/2025
 
The HOA charges all Class B property owners $500 per year in annual maintenance fees.  $250 is due every January 1 and $250 is due every July 1.  In addition, in the 2025, general legislative session, the Utah State Legislature promulgated changes to UCA Section 57-8-8.1.  One such change calls for our Homeowners Association to post a schedule of all fees charged by our Association.  To comply with this recent legislation, we hereby provide the following fee schedule for our members:
